BIM Management needs a little help

A few years ago we heard from BIM Experts around the world that BIM needed a little help! 😟

So we set out on a journey talking to BIM customers to find out what was wrong and what we could do to help.

After speaking with experts from nearly 100 companies we then:

• used value stream mapping on the BIM Management workflow
• identified bottle necks and waste
• applied technology to optimize the necessary steps and drive BIM customer value

…all in pursuit of the perfect BIM Management workflow (which we still strive for today!).

The result is a BIM Management tool called “LOD Planner”
